Penny is heading out for her date when she notices her roommate, Sam, is working out with her weights but using two hands to lift a 25 pound dumbbell. There is no chance Penny is going to let this bit of wussery go unmocked. Sam gets very fussy and defensive about his weakness so Penny pantses him to make him feel as ridiculous as his excuses sound. When Sam still insists he is actually strong, Penny decides to play a knuckle cracking game of "Mercy" with the delusional twerp.
By the time Sam realizes how easy it is for Penny to overpower him, it already too late. He can only hope that begging, butt kisses, and total obedience will be enough to end his pain. Penny still wants to give him one more humiliating reminder of his inferiority before she will grant him mercy.
