Poor Johnny, he has desperately been looking for alternative treatments to help him deal with his ED as his wife has had to start fucking hung studs out of frustration with him. Today he is back visiting nurse Mercy and she tells him she had good success with the zipper treatment so he is excited to get started. She starts by putting clothes pins on his nipples and when he questions the methods she tells him the pain is what makes it work. She brings two fingers down to his little unit, then opens them as she brings them up to the patients face and says "See how much bigger it is already?" Mercy then pulls out the zipper, a series of clothes pins all attached with a piece of string. She attaches each of them to the patients balls and he grimaces from the pain and probably the fear of what's to come, lol. Once attached she grabs the end of the string and in one quick yank pulls it removing all the pins in a second. Johnny cries out in pain but Mercy says as his cock hasn't got hard she will have to do it again.
As she re-attaches them she tells him that with her worst patient she had to do it 20 times. Johnny gulps and tries to will himself an erection with no luck. "He eventually left here in an ambulance" she adds just as she again yanks the string and pulls them all off again... oops, a few didn't come off so she leaves them on. She takes the clothes pins off his nipples and says "At least your nipples are getting bigger." Johnny doesn't seem to appreciate that. Once again Mercy reattaches the zipper but this time she pulls them off slowly, one or two at a time, leaving a few that she tugs on and says next time she will apply the zipper then fuck him with her strap-on. She removes some of the individual clothes pins she had applied to his balls at the start of the treatment and again sticks them on his 'big' nipples. She then slaps them off and continues tugging on the zipper. Mercy decides that even though there is 55 minutes left in his treatment that Johnny has reached his limit. She decides to send him home but says this treatment will have to start from the beginning next time he returns. He begs to stay and she agrees to continue but holds up a bowl with 100 clothes pins and says she will have to attach all of them to his balls. The look on Johnny's face, priceless!
