It's their wedding night.
The Bridegroom, a wealthy older man, is very much in love. The Bride, a younger and very desirable young lady, isn't.
Unknown to him she has cheated behind his back since they met. She has no intentions of renewing her vows. As soon as the wedding reception has finished she will end the marriage.
But she doesn't want a messy divorce and end up with part his estate, she wants the lot.
She tricks him into a pair of handcuffs and drives him to a secluded small disused prison she has managed to use where her very much unloved husband will spend the rest of his days.
This is where we join the story.
